Hey Swim Family!

Are you ready to take a bite out of summer and make a splash behind the scenes? We're on the hunt for a brave soul to join our shark squad as the team’s IT Volunteer — and don't worry, this isn't as scary as it sounds. No need to know how to code or speak in 1s and 0s — just be organized, comfortable with a computer, and ready to help keep our meets running swimmingly!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Import/export weekly results (it's less “hacker” and more “drag-and-drop”)
• Send out entries and make heat sheets (aka the magic papers that tell everyone where to swim)
• Be available for our home meets on 6/14 and 7/12
• Attend a brief training on May 18 from 7–9 PM (choose your adventure: virtual or in-person)

• An exclusive shaded spot near the pool (no sunscreen required!)

This is one of the most important roles on the team — and we promise, you won’t be thrown to the sharks. You’ll be part of a supportive pod and we’ll make sure you’re set up for success.
