As the fees collected are crucial for covering various expenses incurred by the team, no refunds will be issued. These expenses include:

Pool use time: Securing pool facilities for the team’s practice and competitions is a significant cost. The fees collected help us maintain a safe and well-maintained pool environment for our swimmers.

Team shirts and swim caps: Custom-designed team shirts and swim caps foster a sense of unity and pride among our swimmers. The fees cover the cost of these items and ensure that those joining by a pre-set date have matching attire.

Team practice time with the coaches: Our dedicated and experienced coaches provide valuable instruction and support to our swimmers. The fees collected allow us to compensate our coaches fairly and ensure that they can continue to deliver high-quality training.

Costs associated with swim meets: Hosting and participating in swim meets entail numerous expenses such as various supplies and awards for the swimmers. The fees collected help us cover these costs and enable our swimmers to compete at various swim meets throughout the summer.

These expenses are non-refundable because they are necessary for the successful operation of the swim team. We understand that there may be circumstances where a swimmer is unable to participate in the swim team due to unforeseen reasons. However, as the fees are used to cover expenses in advance, we are unable to provide refunds. Makeup practices are only scheduled under extraordinary circumstances.
