Welcome to our first meet week! Important things to note:

• If you haven’t already, please declare your swimmers as attending or not attending the meet on Saturday, June 14, by Tuesday at 11:59 PM. Signups for volunteering will be out soon. We will provide more information about the meet later in the week. For now, know that warmups start at 7 AM, swimmers should arrive by 6:45 AM and coaches should arrive by 6:30 AM.
• Please let us know whether you will be attending the Pep Rally at 6:30 on June 13 ASAP. We will provide the pizza, and you provide a side or dessert to share. Swimmers will have a chance to swim. This is also a chance to set up for the meet.
• Our concession stand runs primarily on donations and helps us to both fuel the swimmers, parents, coaches, and volunteers, but it also helps us to fund the program. Please sign up to donate your item here. • Picture Day Information: Please meet at 8 AM in front of the pool house on 6/18, Wednesday. We will then start lining everyone up at 8:10 in front of the Coblentz stairs on the quad near the pool. After we take the group picture, families can have individual photos of their swimmer taken, if they would like. Please wear your red team shirt or coach shirt. If you do not have a red team shirt, please wear another red shirt. Note that there is NO practice this day. Pups, Competitive swimmers, and coaches are encouraged to attend. Please see preorder link to order. I have also attached a hard copy. The hard copy option allows you to pay by cash or check.

• If you have friends that are intending to register, please let them know that 6/10 is the last day to register for this season.
• Our last preseason practice for competitive swimmers is on Friday, June 13, from 9:30-10:30 for 11 and under swimmers and 10:30-11:30 for 12 and older swimmers. Shirts and caps for registering prior to the May 15 deadline or that were ordered prior to this date will be available for pickup at this practice. Shirts and caps can also be picked up on June 16th from 9:30-11:30.
