Hello, Hammerheads!

Thanks to everyone that has already registered! We are looking forward to seeing you at the pool soon! There is one week left to register for your swimmer to receive a free t-shirt and free swim cap (deadline May 21!).

We are also in need of officials! We cannot run meets without officials! We especially need some fresh fins to step up this year, so don’t be shy—take
the plunge!

To become an official, you'll need to attend a training session (Please
do both the stroke & turn and starter training). It covers everything you
need to know to confidently patrol the pool deck and keep our meets running
swimmingly. Officiating is a huge help to the team and helps meets move along
at a brisk pace. The only thing you'll need—besides attending the training—is
to wear your official uniform: blue shorts, pants, or a skirt, and a white top.

Training sessions
are held on the following dates:

May 18 7-9 (Spring Ridge Visitor Center)

May 26 7-9 (virtual)

May 28 7-9 (virtual)

June 9 7-9 (virtual)

To sign up, just fill out the form at this link, and let me know once you’ve signed up so we can keep track. We absolutely cannot run meets without officials.

If you’re already a year-round official, no need to attend training—but you do still need to fill out the form and send me a quick email to let me know.
