Announcements & Reminders 6/6/2026

Concessions! We are in need of items for concessions as well as for hydrating officials and coaches for the meet. Concessions fundraising helps to pay our coaches and keeps registration fees low. Please click on an item to volunteer to bring it. Please bring items on Saturday morning by the swimmer arrival time unless otherwise indicated. Please make sure coolers are labeled with your name. Upcoming Practices: Please pay close attention to the instructions for practice limitations on 6/6 and 6/7. Many of our coaches are swimming at a meet this weekend, and they will not be at practice. It is very important that your child attends the correct practice so that we ensure swimmers are getting appropriate attention at these practices where our coaching staff is limited.

6/6 limited coaching staff available

o12-1 PM 10-12 yrs (independent in the water)

o1-2 PM 13+ yrs (independent in the water)

6/7: limited coaching staff available

o12- 1 PM new swimmers 10 yrs and under NOT swimming year-round with a club team who are independent in the water

o1-2 PM returning 10 yrs & under swimmers independent in the water + new 10 yrs & under swimmers who are current members of year-round club teams

6/8: 8:15 PM-9:15 PM open to all competitive swimmers who are independent in the water

6/10: 8:15 PM-9:15 PM open to all competitive swimmers who are independent in the water

6/11: 8:15 PM-9:15 PM open to all competitive swimmers who are independent in the water

Meet 6/13/2026 against Ridge at Hood Pool: Please let us know if your swimmer will be attending the pep rally (6/12) or meet (6/13). Information about volunteering and arrival times will be forthcoming this week. At the end of this email, you will see a list of swimmers who have committed to the meet.

• If you want your swimmer to swim, you MUST indicate that they will come to the meet by 6/9/2026 at 11:59 PM. No entries will be accepted after this point.
• If your swimmer and/or family is planning to attend the pep rally, please RSVP by 11:59 on 6/10/2026. We will not be swimming at this pep rally because the pool is still on the school year schedule and lanes are not available. The team will buy pizza, please bring a side or dessert to share.
