Pictures

Wednesday 6/24 at 8 AM. We do not have practice on 6/24, but we will take the team photo. Please wear this year’s team shirt or another blue shirt. Individual photos are also available. You can preorder pictures here: https://secure.zenfolio.com/pairedimages/Preorder931048783/shop

Please arrive just before 8 AM at the front entrance of the pool house. Swimmers will then head across the road to the stairs at Coblentz Hall for the group photo. Sibling and individual photos can be taken before or after the group shot, so bring your best "ready for the podium" smile.

General Reminders

• Pups is Monday-Thursday (no Friday practice)
• No practice on 6/24 or 6/25
• Our next meet is at Hood on 6/27 against Clover Hill. Please declare your swimmers by 6/23 (Tuesday). Pep rally on 6/26 at Hood to set up.

Pool info: The Oakdale at Town Center Pool is a 25 meter, eight-lane pool with starting blocks. The depth at the starting end is 5 feet. Swimmers may choose to use the starting blocks or enter the pool off the side.

Parking: Parking for the meet is located at Oakdale High School (5850 Eaglehead Dr, Ijamsville, MD 21754). A swimmer drop-off zone is located past the traffic circle and outside the pool lot. There are two accessible parking spaces and an accessible drop off area in the pool lot. The Lake Linganore Association prohibits parking of unregistered vehicles in the neighborhood. Parking in the neighborhood is at your own risk (you may be towed). We kindly ask you to be aware of residential driveways and fire hydrants and ask that you not block them. Volunteers will be directing traffic at the Oakdale lot, at the traffic circle and at the pool lot entrance.

Team Seating: Please share space on the blacktop. Do not set up anything outside of the team’s area. You will need to share space. Restrooms, showers, and changing areas are located in the pool house next to concessions. Please make sure to remove all trash.

Timing: We will be using Dolphin wireless timers as well as stopwatches.

Times/Meetings:

6:45: Pool opens/coaches arrive in team area/on deck

7:00: Swimmers and ALL volunteers arrive and check in with Beth in the team area

7:20: Hood warmup

7:30:

• -Stroke and Turn meeting (all attend) in starter area
• -Timers meeting (all attend) in pool lobby
• -Clerks/Shepards meeting (all attend) at Clerk of Course check-in

7:50: Coach’s scratch meeting in pool lobby
