Hi, Hammerheads!

We’re looking forward to seeing you tonight at the pep rally and meet on Saturday!

Pep Rally:

6-7:30 PM: Enjoy time with the team and help us set up for the meet! The team will provide pizza; please bring a dessert or side to share. We will tentatively plan for the kids to swim from 6-7:15 PM. Parents, if your child is under 8, in Pups, or in lanes 1 and 2 during the 9:30-10:30 practice, please plan to hang out in the bubble while they are swimming.

Below, you will find information about the timeline. If you haven’t already signed up to volunteer, please do so! Please do not leave the meet without checking if your swimmer is needed for the final relay. As noted on the heat sheet, we will have some combined heats.

Timeline

• Coaches arrive: 6:30 AM
• Families and volunteers arrive 6:45 AM
• Hood warm-up 7:00-7:30 AM
• Officials both halves-7:30 AM, Location: inside pool house near entrance
• Timers both halves -7:40 AM, Location: outside Hodson Drive entrance to pool
• Clerks both halves -7:40 AM, Location :entrance to chairs at clerk of course tent
• Coaches(scratch meeting)-7:50,Location:ITTable inside bubble near deep end

The meet will start promptly at 8:10 AM.
